Training and Insight Manager
Location:
Milton Keynes (Operating a hybrid model with Tues & Weds in the office)
Reporting to:
Head of Events & Education
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to support partners through market changes, consumer behaviour and evolving legislation.
- Build strong relationships with key industry bodies and stakeholders to shape insight, direction and content.
- Take ownership of Rightmove’s seminar programme - setting the direction, evolving content and ensuring it continues to deliver impact.
- Turn insight and data into engaging, practical learning experiences that resonate with partners.
- Write, develop and continuously evolve training and qualification content, keeping it fresh, relevant and aligned to industry needs.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and training - whether on stage, on camera, online or in person - confidently landing key messages and engaging your audience.
- Work closely with guest speakers to shape content, ensuring it’s on brief, aligned to objectives and delivers real value.
- Source, brief and manage guest speakers, taking ownership of associated budgets while maintaining Rightmove’s high standards.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing - including brand, PR, social, CRM and events, to bring your strategies and plans to life and maximise partner engagement.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content and delivery are aligned, effective and commercially impactful.
- Combine creative thinking with data and insight to continually refine and improve learning experiences.
- Experiment with new approaches, including the use of AI, to make content more efficient, effective and engaging.
- Always look for ways to push ideas further - delivering a distinctive Rightmove “wow” factor.
- You’re someone who combines insight, creativity and confidence and thrives on sharing ideas that make an impact.
- A natural storyteller, able to turn complex ideas and data into clear, engaging content.
- Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- A confident communicator who can work to and shape a clear brief.
- Insight-driven and curious, able to balance creativity with commercial awareness.

- Experience in training and content development is essential.
- Experience with in the property industry is highly desirable.
