Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

You will be joining an exciting and well-established Architectural Practice that has been operating from numerous offices for over 25 years! The practice focuses on creating award-winning and iconic spaces that are memorable to everyone who experiences them. In addition, the practice has a fantastic sustainability initiative-having been carbon neutral since 2017, they are now working towards achieving net zero by 2040.
They are now seeking a talented Architect to join their team.

As an Architect, you will be:

Leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
Producing creative and innovative design solutions in response to client briefs.
Using industry-standard software such as Revit to produce detailed drawings and models.
Managing projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements.
Preparing project specifications, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

To apply for this position, it is essential that:

You are a qualified Architect (ARB registered).
You are proficient in Revit.
You have experience working across all RIBA stages.
You have strong design, technical, and project coordination skills.
You have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in the UK.
You are commutable to Nottingham or surrounding areas.
