Head of Product/Senior PM B8ak
· Full-time . Khobar or HYBRID Remote work The opportunity

B8ak is building the software infostructure for the home services sector, with a leading marketplace. We're past the "does this work?" stage and squarely in the "how fast can we scale this?" stage. We're looking for a Head of Product to own product end-to-end, build the function from the ground up, and partner with the founders to turn a strong early product into a category-defining one.

This is a leadership seat, not a senior IC role with a bigger title. You'll set the product vision, build the team, shape the company's strategy alongside the founders, and be accountable for whether the product wins.

What you'll do
  • Own the product vision and strategy. Define where the product goes over the next 1, 3, and 5 years. Make the hard calls about what we build, what we kill, what we bet on, and what we say no to.
  • Build and lead the product org. Hire, develop, and grow the PM team from where it is today to where it needs to be. Set the bar for product craft — problem framing, prioritization, judgment, and execution.
  • Be a true partner to the founders and exec team. Sit at the leadership table. Shape company strategy, fundraising narratives, and key business decisions — not just the product roadmap.
  • Drive the metrics that matter. Own the outcomes across both sides of the marketplace (liquidity, take rate, trust, retention) and the SaaS business (activation, expansion, NRR, payback). Know which ones to chase at which stage and why.
  • Stay close to customers and the craft. You'll spend most of your time leading, but you're not above running a customer interview, writing a narrative memo, or sketching a flow when it matters. Great Heads of Product don't lose touch with the work.
  • Partner deeply with engineering, design, and GTM. Build the operating cadence — planning, reviews, launches, retros — that makes the whole company move faster and smarter.
  • Set the AI standard for the company. Define how product is built in an AI-native world: how PMs use AI to accelerate their workflows, where AI shows up in our product, and which AI-driven bets are worth making. This is non-negotiable — we expect AI fluency to shape every part of how the product org operates.
  • Be the voice of the product internally and externally. Tell the story to customers, candidates, investors, and the team. Make people believe — because you do.
  • Strong technical acumen is highly preferred. In order to make the right decisions on implementation cost and timeline vs weighted release benefit.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum sprint cycles and release management.
What we're looking for
  • 6 - 8+ years in product management, with 4+ years leading product orgs and/or a Senior PM in reputable startup organizations.
  • A real track record building and scaling marketplace and/or SaaS products — infostructure gameplay.
  • Deep experience shipping SaaS at scale — pricing and packaging, self-serve vs. sales-led motions, multi-tenant complexity, expansion, and the full lifecycle of B2B customers
  • You've built a product team from small to substantial — hired senior PMs, coached emerging ones, and developed an operating system that scales beyond you
  • Strategic range paired with operational depth — you can write the 3-year narrative on Monday and unblock a stuck launch on Tuesday
  • Time spent at fast-growth startups (Seed through Series C ideally), where you've owned a meaningful chunk of the outcome and lived through the chaos that comes with rapid scaling
  • AI-fluent. You use AI tools daily, have opinions on where they belong in products and workflows, and have shipped or led AI-driven product bets. This isn't a buzzword for you — it's how you work.
  • Exceptional communicator — clear writer, sharp thinker, credible in front of customers, candidates, and investors.
Bonus points
  • You've been a founder, or have a founder mentality.
  • Background in engineering/development/software engineering, design, or data — highly preferred.
