As a Senior Residential Working Drawing Architectural Technician, you will take the lead on producing detailed residential working drawing packages for national and regional house builders. On a day-to-day basis, you will prepare and coordinate technical drawings, details, and specifications, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning approvals, and relevant standards. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, coordinate information, and respond promptly to queries and design changes.
The role involves reviewing designs for buildability, value engineering, and quality, as well as supporting junior team members with technical guidance and mentoring. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Southampton, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. Please note that we will not be considering any applications if you live over 50 miles for our Southampton Offices.
