What the job entails The Design Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design process for roofing and waterproofing projects, ensuring that all designs meet technical standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance. This position involves managing the full design process, coordinating with project managers and site teams, and liaising with clients to deliver tailored, efficient solutions. The Design Manager will be responsible for driving innovation in design practices, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring the seamless integration of design with installation processes.
