Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Freelance Façade Designer for a remote role with occasional site visits in Coventry. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a major refurbishment project with a specialist roofing and cladding contractor.
Your responsibilities will include producing façade and cladding designs, developing technical details, and supporting project delivery from design to completion. Experience in Façade Design and proficiency in AutoCAD are essential for success in this role.
The contract is outside IR35, paying £270–£350 per day for approximately 12–15 weeks, with an immediate start available.
