300 professionals working across architecture, engineering and design disciplines, covering sectors including Education, Commercial, Energy, Defence and Workplace.

Your role

You will join our Architecture team, contributing to large‑scale high‑profile UK and international projects. Working closely with architects and designers, you will support the delivery of innovative and sustainable design solutions and assist project teams across a range of RIBA stages, gaining valuable experience within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Day‑to‑Day Activities
  • Assist architects in the development of design concepts, drawings and technical documentation using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (training provided).
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, bid documents and design proposals.
  • Prepare presentations, diagrams and illustrations to communicate design ideas and storytelling.
  • Assist in ensuring designs comply with relevant statutory, regulatory and planning requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal disciplines to maintain design quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to internal and client meetings.
  • Contribute to studio culture through proactive involvement in knowledge sharing, personal development, volunteering and social events.
About You

You will be an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and driven Part1 Graduate with a flexible approach and a strong appetite to learn. You are a thoughtful and creative designer with an emerging portfolio, keen to gain experience across a range of sectors and project scales within a collaborative team.

Skills and Experience
  • ARB/RIBA Part1 qualification.
  • A portfolio highlighting your past projects is required as part of the application.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive with a strong interest in design, architecture and detail.
  • Curious, inquisitive and committed to continuous learning.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a friendly, team‑oriented approach, supporting colleagues and sharing responsibilities.
  • Awareness of UK Building Regulations and planning policy (advantageous).
