London-based, 2 days working from home per week.

Are you an experienced CDM Advisor / Principal Designer looking for an opportunity to work on incredible, iconic projects in a global architectural practice known for its excellent working culture and work‑life balance?

We are leading the search for a Senior CDM Advisor / Principal designer to take on an important senior role in the dedicated CDM team of a world leading, global practice with over 10 studios in the UK and internationally.

Projects span a range of scales, typologies and locations, each with their own quirks, risks and CDM considerations required.

• Work on a range of incredibly diverse, iconic projects across the UK
• The project teams are very on‑board with CDM and are great at providing the relevant information when prompted (all play ball, collaborative and value the importance of CDM)
• Incredibly collaborative team, both internally within the practice as well as the working relationship with consultants
