As a Staff Product Designer, you will possess over 7 years of experience and a knack for transforming complex problems into elegant solutions. This role emphasizes leadership in design execution, mentorship, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, including Product Management and Engineering. Your expertise in user research, UX methodologies, and storytelling will shape product strategy and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape design strategy
• Own end-to-end user journeys and design execution
• Drive alignment with other designers across projects
• Provide mentorship and feedback to design team members
• Serve on the Staff Product Design council to elevate design quality
Requirements:
• 7+ years of Product Design experience
• Proven leadership in design functions
• Strong UX research and design skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Experience in building SaaS products
