As a Senior Architect at Architecture
49, you will lead design and construction initiatives while fostering a cooperative workplace. This role requires over 10 years of architectural experience and the ability to manage complex projects and teams. You will also ensure designs adhere to applicable standards and support community-focused initiatives through your technical leadership.
Responsibilities   Lead and manage architectural design teams and project meetings
Conduct quality reviews of architectural designs
Research and specify creative materials for projects
Ensure project delivery meets financial and quality targets
Travel to project sites within the Seaway Corridor for site assessments
Requirements   Registered architect in Ontario (OAA) required
10+ years of relevant architectural experience
Knowledge of BIM, REVIT, and AutoCAD essential
Familiarity with design visualization software preferred
Ability to communicate in French is an asset
Drive architectural innovation and shape meaningful environments as a Senior Architect with A49.
