Senior Architect

Overview

My client is looking for a talented senior architect to join its London-based architecture and interiors studio on a flexible three- or four-day-per-week basis, working remotely or 5 days from the studio.

The practice specialises in beautifully crafted, sustainable renovations and extensions to heritage homes across London. With a strong focus on natural materials, historic buildings and thoughtful detailing, the studio delivers high-quality private residential projects from concept through to completion.

Experienced architect with strong UK residential experience, particularly in heritage and conservation projects, who is confident leading projects across all RIBA stages. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and design skills, experience producing planning and tender packages, and strong knowledge of UK building regulations and contract administration.

• Leading private residential projects across all stages
• Preparing planning, technical and construction drawings
• Coordinating clients, consultants and contractors
• Designing interiors and producing visuals
• Administering JCT contracts and overseeing projects on site

Applicants should be proficient in Rhino, comfortable working independently, and genuinely interested in sustainable, well-crafted architecture.

• £45,000–£50,000 FTE salary (pro rata for 3–4 days/week)
