S Technical Designer; Government Projects

Position: NORR's Technical Designer (Government Projects)

As a Technical Designer, you will play an essential role in guiding projects from concept through execution. You bring 7-10 years of experience in project management and a solid background in architectural design software. Your skills in evaluating site conditions and coordinating with contractors will ensure that objectives are met on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and edit technical designs and drawings

• Engage in comprehensive programming and code research

• Conduct site evaluations and surveys

• Review and coordinate project documents with stakeholders

• Manage permits and address constructability issues

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in relevant projects

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural software packages

• Knowledge of MEP, structural systems, and building codes

• Related post-secondary education required

• Capability to obtain necessary security clearance
