Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

An Architect is required to join an established architectural practice in Manchester working across education, SEND, residential, healthcare and community projects. The role offers involvement throughout the design and delivery process, supporting the creation of inclusive, sustainable and technically robust architecture.Practice & Project Information

Work across design, planning, technical and delivery stages on a range of projects

Prepare design proposals, drawing packages and coordinated project information

Support planning submissions, technical design development and construction delivery

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders

Contribute to design reviews, coordination meetings and project discussions

Maintain quality, accuracy and technical standards throughout project delivery

Required Skills and Experience

ARB registered Architect with UK project experience

Strong design and technical capability across multiple RIBA stages

Experience preparing technical documentation and coordinated drawing packages

Good knowledge of UK building regulations, planning procedures and statutory requirements

Strong communication and coordination skills within multidisciplinary teams

Revit experience beneficial
