Cladding Designer / Façade Designer (Mid–Senior)
North Greenwich, London (Hybrid) | Full-Time

Work as a Cladding Designer / Façade Designer delivering technical design packages across cladding, curtain walling, and façade systems from concept through to installation.
Key Responsibilities- Produce AutoCAD 2D cladding drawings (plans, elevations, details, fire barriers)
- Panel layouts, sub-grid setting out, fabrication drawings
- Site surveys, design meetings, and technical coordination
- Liaise with architects, structural engineers, façade consultants, and suppliers
- Manage RFIs, drawing registers, and technical submissions
- Experience:
- 3–5+ years UK cladding / façade design experience
- Software:
- AutoCAD 2D (essential)
- Revit / Sketch Up / Bluebeam (desirable)
- Technical Knowledge:
- Cladding systems, curtain walling, insulation, fixings
- Fire barriers, façade details, fabrication drawings
- U-values, condensation risk analysis
- Other:
- UK-based, right to work
- Commutable to London
- Driving licence preferred
- £42k–£48k (Mid) | £50k–£58k (Senior)
