Freelance Façade Designer (Outside IR35)
Remote working with occasional site visits in Coventry. The assignment is a 12-15 week major refurbishment project.
Compensation: £270 - £350 per day (Outside IR35).
This role involves producing façade and cladding designs, developing technical details, and supporting project delivery from design through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience with insulated cladding/facade panel systems, refurbishment projects, and strong AutoCAD skills.
The Role- Complex commercial refurbishment project
- Produce façade and cladding designs.
- Develop technical details and resolve design challenges.
- Liaise with project and technical teams.
- Predominantly remote with occasional site visit in Coventry.
- Experience as a Façade Designer.
- Knowledge of insulated cladding/facade panel systems.
- Refurbishment project experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Portfolio / examples of work available upon request.
- Outside IR35.
- £270 - £350 per day.
- Approx. 15-week contract.
- Immediate start available.
