Architect​/Architectural Designer

Job Description

Benoy’s Architecture team is seeking creative and experienced Architects and Architectural Designers. The role involves managing mid‑scale or large‑scale architectural projects across mixed‑use, commercial, residential, and retail sectors from conception through development.

• Talented designer with a portfolio showcasing creativity and innovation.
• Minimum two years of international project experience.
• Successful delivery of medium‑to‑large scale international projects.
• Strong hand‑sketching skills to convey design ideas and concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively or autonomously as required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling, Rhino and Sketch Up.
• Degree qualification in a related design field or equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.

Design Expertise

• Deliver high‑quality design work and engage others with creative and innovative thinking.
• Support the design process and project brief, preparing deliverables and related activities.
• Produce high‑quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and design skills.
• Manage third parties according to project parameters.

Team Membership

• Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Support company‑wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.
• Maintain positive client and consultant relationships.
• Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.

Budget Control

• Recognise the importance of project budget and develop knowledge of project financials.
