Architect; –Post-Qualification

A small, established architectural practice seeks a talented and adaptable Architect with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience to join their team on a six-month fixed-term contract
. The role has arisen to provide additional support during a busy project period and to cover a reduction in team capacity later in the year.

Working predominantly within the private residential sector
, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery across a varied portfolio of work.

• Lead and support residential projects through relevant RIBA stages.
• Produce high-quality design, technical and construction information.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Assist with project management and delivery deadlines.
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit architectural team.

• Qualified Architect with 3–5 years' professional experience

• Experience with in the private residential sector is highly desirable.
• Strong technical and design skills.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks
  .
• Comfortable working within a Mac-based office environment
  .
• Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an existing team.
• Immediate or short-notice availability would be advantageous.

• Friendly, collaborative studio comprising five architects and one support team member
