Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients on best practices in conversational design

• Author detailed customer journey process flows

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

• Collaborate on the development of IVA training

• Contribute to thought leadership and team artifacts

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in corporate consulting

• 2+ years working with AI technologies

• Skilled in UX writing and User Research

• Familiar with Lucid Chart and Miro

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
