Hunter Dunning is working with a design focused architectural practice delivering hospitality, residential and commercial schemes within the architecture, landscape & urban design sector. This Project Architect role focuses on RIBA stages 4 and 5, technical delivery and construction packages.
Your Experience- Qualified Architect with UK based project experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Working knowledge of Revit
- Residential, hospitality or commercial experience
- Cladding remediation and gateway submissions advantageous
- Hybrid working with three days in the office and two days working from home
- 25 days annual leave plus additional Christmas closure period
- Flexible working pattern typically including home working on Monday and Friday
- Ownership of Projects
- Regular social events including summer and Christmas team activities
