BIM Coordinator

Overview of the Role

An opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to support residential architectural projects, combining technical drawing production with BIM coordination. The role involves producing Revit-based technical information while advising colleagues on BIM workflows, maintaining standards, and supporting coordinated project delivery across the design team. Architectural Technologists considered if can also advise on BIM workflows and processes.

• Produce technical drawings and coordinated project information using Revit
• Advise colleagues on BIM and Revit workflows and best practice
• Support BIM standards and technical coordination throughout project delivery
• Contribute to residential projects using UK technical knowledge
• Maintain accurate BIM models and technical documentation
• Provide BIM guidance to support efficient team collaboration

• Minimum 5 years' Revit experience within a UK architectural practice
• Minimum 5 years' experience working on UK projects
  
  Residential project experience is essential
• BIM Level 2 knowledge preferred
• Strong technical drawing and coordination skills
• Ability to support colleagues with BIM and Revit processes

Salary of £40,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience, 20 days holiday, Christmas closure, death in service, one day working from home, flexible start and finish times, plus training and development support.
