Architect; Residential

A leading architecture and design practice is looking for a Residential Architect to join its growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale residential developments within an award-winning studio known for delivering exceptional architecture and master planning projects. • Lead and coordinate large-scale residential projects through key RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stage 4 technical design and project delivery.
• Develop and oversee detailed technical packages, construction drawings and coordinated Revit models.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders to manage project information and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry best practice.
• Support the delivery of high-quality residential schemes from design development through to construction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
• Play an active role within a collaborative studio culture that values innovation, sustainability and design excellence.

• ARB-registered Architect with experience delivering residential projects within a UK practice (3+ years PQE)
• Strong experience on large-scale residential developments.
• Excellent Stage 4 technical design and delivery experience.
• Proficient Revit skills with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed technical packages.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and technical coordination.
• Experience managing consultant teams and coordinating project information.
• Confident client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented approach.
