Job Description

You will be joining an exciting and well-established Architectural Practice that has been operating from numerous offices for over 25 years! The practice focuses on creating award-winning and iconic spaces that are memorable to everyone who experiences them. In addition, the practice has a fantastic sustainability initiative—having been carbon neutral since 2017, they are now working towards achieving net zero by 2040.

• Leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Producing creative and innovative design solutions in response to client briefs.
• Using industry-standard software such as Revit to produce detailed drawings and models.
• Managing projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements.
• Preparing project specifications, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

• Qualified Architect (ARB registered).
• Proficient in Revit.
• Experience working across all RIBA stages.
• Strong design, technical, and project coordination skills.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in the UK.
• Commute-ready to Nottingham or surrounding areas.

• 24 days holiday + bank holidays + office Christmas shutdown.
• 2 days working from home per week (subject to probation).
