Beach Baker Property Recruitment seeks a Part-Time Town Planner to support acquisition and development across the UK. Working 2-3 days per week with flexible/remote options, you will identify, assess and progress development opportunities and provide planning research and advisory input.
We value experience in town planning, strong analytical and research skills, and the ability to rapidly assess site viability. MRTPI status is advantageous but not essential.
