Our client, a well-established and respected property consultancy, is seeking an experienced Architect to join their growing team in Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, heritage, education, and public sectors, delivering innovative design solutions from concept through to completion.

This role is ideal for a talented Architect who enjoys working collaboratively, managing projects independently, and building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The Role

As an Architect, you will:
 
Lead projects through all RIBA work stages, from concept design to completion.
Produce high-quality architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities.
Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications.
Attend site visits, inspections, and project meetings.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards.
Mentor junior team members where appropriate.  About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
 
ARB Registration (essential).
RIBA Chartered status (essential).
Proven post-qualification experience within the UK.
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning legislation.
Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM experience advantageous).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
