Take the lead as a Product Designer with Affirm, focusing on innovative design solutions remotely. Tackle complex challenges and improve client experiences every day.
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for overseeing design projects from concept through delivery. Partnerships with engineers and product teams are essential, as you will work on building intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
Your role will include ownership of ambiguous design situations, using analytics and feedback to refine the product continuously while elevating others in the design team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end design for major projects
• Own complex flows and define design directions
• Partner with teams for informed trade-offs
• Conduct research to inform design improvements
• Mentor junior designers to enhance team quality
Requirements:
• 5+ years in product design or related experience
• Proficiency with Figma and industry tools
• Strong user-centered design principles
• Effective communicator in cross-functional settings
• Proven ability to tackle ambiguous design challenges
