Welltower seeks an experienced Interior Design Coordinator to join our S&P 500 REIT portfolio. You will manage large-scale design solutions for senior living real estate, supporting UK properties with a field-based role and home office. Travel up to 50% within the region is required.
Minimum 2 years in interior design, proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD, and knowledge of building and ADA codes are preferred. Collaboration with architects, vendors, and operators is essential.
