In this Senior role, you'll collaborate with the Design team through all phases of the pattern process, from inception to production. You possess over seven years of experience and a proven ability to translate design intent into high-quality patterns. Your leadership skills will shine as you guide junior colleagues and refine processes, ensuring consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed patterns that align with design specifications

• Oversee the maintenance of computer pattern libraries

• Collaborate with designers to establish construction standards

• Provide training and mentorship for new Pattern Makers

• Address technical issues throughout product development

Requirements:

• 7+ years of pattern making experience

• Proficient in Gerber Accumark and Adobe Illustrator

• Knowledgeable about technical outdoor product standards

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Effective communicator with attention to detail
