Position: Senior Product Designer - Mariana Tek (Remote)
Job Description  Mariana Tek is a vertical SaaS platform that enables boutique fitness studios to run their businesses with ease, saving time and increasing revenue. We are looking for a  Senior Product Designer  to join our team focused on the Mariana Tek platform. In this role you will create intuitive design solutions supporting studios with end-to-end business management capabilities—class scheduling, booking, inventory management, point‑of‑sale—and deliver world‑class consumer experiences.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with user needs and business goals, leading complex design initiatives while pushing the boundaries of product strategy and visual craft.
Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions for complex web and mobile applications. Senior or lead experience preferred.
Design Expertise:  Mastery of Figma (our primary tool) and design thinking. Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high‑fidelity mockups, research questions, and user surveys.
UX Principles:  Deep understanding of user‑centered design, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns.
Research Acumen:  Experience conducting and synthesizing user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to inform design decisions.
Technical Understanding:  Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with ability to communicate effectively with engineers about technical constraints and opportunities.
Communication:  Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to diverse audiences.
Problem‑Solving:  Proven ability to break down complex problems into actionable design solutions.
Leadership:  Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives autonomously, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members.
Bonus Skillsets   Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Familiarity with AI in design, research, and copy (e.g., Co‑pilot, Figma Make, Miro AI).
Proficiency in front‑end coding for prototyping or component development (HTML, CSS).
