Senior Interaction Designer

Position: Senior Interaction Designer - Hybrid Role
Elevate digital experiences as a Senior Interaction Designer in a hybrid setting. Transform user insights into innovative designs by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams every step of the way.

You will play a vital role in shaping exceptional digital products, driving user comprehension, and enhancing task performance. The position requires strong design strategy abilities and expertise in user interface patterns, as you will be the subject-matter expert within the core design team. Your focus will include conducting usability tests and leading ideation sessions to foster collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design user interface patterns and behaviors

• Facilitate usability testing and user research activities

• Create low-fidelity sketches and high-fidelity prototypes

• Lead design critiques and workshops with cross-functional teams

• Present design work to senior leadership for feedback

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Design or related field

• 5+ years of experience in interface design

• Proven ability to integrate user insights into designs

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Mural

• Strong communication skills with design rationale
