• Coordinate and manage design packages throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction teams
• Work closely with external consultants and contractors to ensure smooth design development and timely delivery
• Resolve technical design queries and assist with the development of construction drawings
• Assist in the preparation and review of design documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
• Participate in project meetings to ensure that design solutions are efficient and achievable within project constraints
• Maintain accurate records of design decisions and changes, ensuring smooth transitions between project stages
• Support senior team members in managing project timelines and design budgets

• Background in design coordination or architecture
• Experience in a similar role within the residential or construction industry
• Strong understanding of design processes, technical drawings, and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in healthcare development projects is highly desirable
