Working out of North York, your role will involve managing BIM coordination for complex institutional and civic projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality digital project delivery while adhering to established BIM standards. Your skills in model coordination and problem-solving will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage BIM coordination for large-scale projects

• Facilitate collaborative efforts among consultants and teams

• Conduct clash detection and conflict resolution

• Uphold BIM Execution Plans and project standards

• Mentor team members on BIM best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Building Technology

• At least 4 years of BIM coordination experience

• Proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, or BIM tools

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Must qualify for Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance
