Position: Wayfair Product Designer - Hybrid Role
Transform supplier experiences as a Lead Product Designer at Wayfair in a hybrid setting.

As a member of Wayfair's Merchandising XD team, you will take ownership of complex supplier interactions on the Partner Home platform. This position requires a balance of strategy and hands-on design execution, while collaborating with various stakeholders. You will also play a vital role in fostering junior talent and defining best practices in the design domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct design efforts for suppliers on Partner Home

• Work with product managers and engineers through all development phases

• Guide junior designers and enhance team standards

• Synthesize data to contribute to product design strategies

• Represent supplier needs in strategic discussions
Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in product design

• Relevant degree in Interaction Design or equivalent

• UI/UX design experience for complex dashboards

• Advanced proficiency in design software

• Strong understanding of agile design processes
