Location: City Of London
Ingleton Wood is recruiting an experienced Building Regulations Principal Designer to join our growing team in London. You will work alongside architects, engineers and surveyors to ensure Building Regulations compliance across a range of projects, from refurbishments to major developments.
The role is client-facing with responsibility for coordinating design teams, managing compliance strategies, and delivering conformance statements under the Building Safety Act 2022.
