We are seeking a proactive and community-focused Environmental Initiatives Coordinator to lead and support a range of environmental, volunteering and social value programmes across the borough. The role involves working closely with residents, community groups, partners and contractors to deliver projects that enhance local neighbourhoods, promote sustainability and encourage community participation. From coordinating volunteer activities and environmental campaigns to supporting allotments and food-growing initiatives, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating cleaner, greener and more vibrant communities while ensuring the delivery of meaningful social value outcomes
