Role & Responsibilities Lead FF&E design development from initial concept stages through to final installation across multiple project types

Develop creative concepts and translate design ideas into cohesive and deliverable schemes for project teams

Prepare detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and sample boards for client, consultant, and contractor use Coordinate with procurement agents to manage sourcing, budgets, and value engineering processes across active projects

Design bespoke furniture items and produce detailed technical drawings supporting manufacturing and installation requirements

Attend site visits and project meetings to monitor installation progress and resolve design related issues

Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure design documentation aligns with the overall agreed project intent

Support and mentor junior team members while maintaining high standards across project documentation and deliverables

Skills & Experience Required Proven experience within luxury hospitality, restaurant, or high end residential interior design sectors

Strong proficiency using AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and FF&E specification software for detailed project delivery

Demonstrated ability to manage FF&E packages through multiple project stages with strong technical understanding

Excellent communication skills when engaging with clients, consultants, suppliers, and wider project team members

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively across several concurrent design projects

Proactive approach with confidence taking ownership of design decisions, project responsibilities, and required deliverables

Detailed knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture sourcing, and both traditional and contemporary interior design styles

Fluent English language skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly in written and verbal formats
