Lead BIM Specialist

About the Role

Our client seeks an innovative and experienced Lead BIM Specialist to drive the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes across their projects. Operating within a remote-first framework, you will be responsible for developing BIM standards, workflows, and training materials, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the design and construction lifecycle. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional technical skills and the ability to lead and mentor a distributed team of BIM professionals.

You will play a critical role in enhancing project delivery through advanced digital technologies, contributing to the company's reputation for cutting-edge architectural solutions.

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards , protocols, and workflows for all projects.
• Lead and coordinate BIM modeling efforts, ensuring data accuracy and model integrity.
• Provide technical expertise and support for BIM software users across the organization.
• Conduct regular audits of BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor project teams on BIM software and processes, fostering a culture of digital adoption.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define BIM execution plans and deliverable requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in BIM.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management and coordination, with a proven track record of leading BIM initiatives.
• Expertise in Revit , Navisworks, and other industry-standard BIM software.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems integration within a BIM environment.
• Experience in developing and managing content libraries and templates.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills for remote team collaboration.
