About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and technically proficient BIM Coordinator to join their expanding, remote‑first architectural practice. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between design disciplines. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining model integrity, resolving clashes, and upholding BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle. This fully remote position allows you to contribute to cutting‑edge projects from your home office, working with a team dedicated to leveraging technology for efficient and effective architectural delivery.

• Coordinate BIM models from various disciplines, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows on assigned projects.
• Conduct clash detection and facilitate resolution of model interferences.
• Generate reports on BIM progress, issues, and compliance.
• Support project teams in the effective use of BIM software and tools.

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit , Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• Understanding of construction documentation and project delivery processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
