About the Role  Our client is seeking a talented Residential Architect to join their fully remote design studio, specializing in bespoke homes and renovations. Key Responsibilities   Design custom residential projects, including new builds, extensions, and renovations.
Develop detailed architectural plans, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings.
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Prepare technical documentation and specifications for building permits and construction.
Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues, consultants, and contractors via digital platforms.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements   Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture design.
Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and visualization software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality residential projects.
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
