• Design custom residential projects, including new builds, extensions, and renovations.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications for building permits and construction.
• Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues, consultants, and contractors via digital platforms.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture design.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and visualization software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality residential projects.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
