Our client seeks a skilled Residential Architect passionate about sustainable and functional design. With at least five years of experience, you will design new builds, renovations, and extensions and deliver detailed architectural plans. The role allows for flexible remote work, emphasizing collaboration with clients and consultants across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design custom residential projects tailored to client needs

• Develop architectural plans, 3D models, and renderings

• Consult with clients, ensuring alignment with budgets

• Prepare technical documentation for permits and construction

• Collaborate with remote colleagues on project specifications

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 5 years of residential architecture design experience

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization software

• Strong portfolio of high-quality residential projects

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
