You will contribute to the design and development of environmentally conscious buildings, integrating green principles and technologies from the initial concept stage. - Integrate sustainable design strategies and green building principles into architectural projects.
- Conduct energy modeling, life cycle assessments, and environmental performance analyses.
- Research and specify sustainable materials and technologies for construction.
- Collaborate with consultants to optimize building performance for energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
- Prepare design documentation and presentations highlighting sustainability features.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulations in sustainable architecture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization or strong interest in sustainability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with demonstrable experience in sustainable design.
- Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and sustainability analysis tools (e.g., Energy Plus, Ecotect).
- Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED, Green Star, or EDGE.
- Strong understanding of passive design strategies, renewable energy systems, and healthy building materials.
- Excellent design and communication skills for remote collaboration.
