Lead BIM Modeler

About the Role

Our client is searching for an accomplished Lead BIM Modeler to spearhead their building information modeling efforts within a fully remote operational framework. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of BIM processes, standards, and advanced modeling techniques across the entire project lifecycle. You will be responsible for establishing and enforcing BIM protocols, managing model development, and ensuring data integrity for complex architectural projects.

• Lead the development and execution of BIM strategies and workflows for all projects.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP), ensuring clash detection and resolution.
• Develop and maintain BIM content libraries, standards, and best practices.
• Train and mentor other BIM modelers and technicians.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the quality control and assurance of all BIM deliverables.

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in BIM modeling and coordination, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of other BIM software and tools.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans .
• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies and building systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote environment.
• Experience with 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost) BIM implementation is highly desirable.
