• You will work closely with customers at flagship manufacturing companies to understand their requirements and create effective solutions/designs using Vention’s 3D Machine Builder and library of modular components.
• Lead design review sessions with clients to provide feedback and insight on their design.
• Create custom parts and drawings using standard CAD software.
• Run brainstorming sessions and technical post-mortems.
• Test and troubleshoot designs assembled in-house prior to shipment.
• Support the application engineering team with subsystem designs on complex automation projects.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design (machine frame, safety enclosure, industrial furniture, etc.).
• A diploma in Industrial Design, a technical degree in mechanical engineering or other related studies.
• A take charge attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for daily client interactions and mechanical designs.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments which require handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• A curiosity to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to contribute to something meaningful.
