Job Summary Senior Architect Job London offers an opportunity to deliver design-led private residential and hospitality projects within an established architectural team. The role is based in London and focuses on Architecture projects involving prime residences, heritage assets and listed building refurbishments. You will take responsibility for technical design, consultant coordination, project delivery and construction information across complex commissions.

Projects require careful integration of traditional construction methods with sensitive contemporary interventions within historic buildings. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage technical information and respond effectively to changing client requirements. The position also includes site inspections, contractor liaison, defect reviews and detailed coordination meetings.

Role & Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery of prime residential, hospitality and listed building refurbishment projects

Plan and produce coordinated technical drawings, construction packages and accurate project information

Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants including structural, MEPH, lighting and interior design specialists

Manage internal and external project teams while maintaining demanding programmes and quality standards

Review consultant information, contractor submissions, shop drawings, RFIs and detailed site queries

Chair coordination meetings, undertake inspections and manage defect reviews throughout construction stages

Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist craftspeople across each commission

Monitor project performance and take responsibility for supporting the financial success of projects

Skills & Experience Required Minimum five years post Part 3 experience as a registered architect within the UK Demonstrable experience delivering prime residential and listed building refurbishment projects within the UKStrong technical design skills covering construction packages, detailing and coordinated project information

Excellent knowledge of traditional construction and contemporary interventions within sensitive historic buildings

Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations, British Standards and relevant professional codes

Proficiency using Revit, AutoCAD and NBS software within coordinated BIM project environments

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage workloads against demanding project programmes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical, contractual and client-facing situations
