Role & Responsibilities Work across residential and commercial projects with values ranging from 1 million to 40 million
Lead projects through technical design and delivery stages with clear coordination responsibilities
Prepare, develop, and manage detailed drawings and models using industry standard software
Review team drawings and provide technical feedback with suggested improvements where required
Produce comprehensive technical construction information aligned with project requirements and regulations
Collaborate within a small team environment while supporting and mentoring junior team members
Use Revit and AutoCAD daily on live UK projects to deliver accurate technical outputs
Report directly to project leaders and contribute to overall project delivery and programme success
Skills & Experience Required Qualified Architectural Technologist or Technician with minimum five years experience in a UK practice
Proven experience working on high-end residential, hospitality, or heritage related projects
Strong ability to manage detailed design, technical design, and delivery stages confidently
Comprehensive understanding of residential design and associated technical challenges in the UKAbility to present a well-structured portfolio demonstrating personal project involvement and ownership
Excellent technical knowledge with a strong eye for detail across all project stages
Proficiency in Revit and or AutoCAD with experience on live UK based projects
Confident communication skills for client and contractor facing responsibilities in professional environments
Salary & Benefits Salary between 45,000 and 60,000 depending on experience and suitability for the role4 percent pension contribution alongside life assurance and health insurance provisions
