Job Summary Technical Architect Job London is an Architecture role focused on complex sport and leisure projects. The role is based in London and supports technical delivery from design development through to completion. You will lead technical design across multiple RIBA stages, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal project teams.

The position involves producing and reviewing coordinated technical drawing packages while maintaining design intent during construction delivery. You will use Revit to support BIM workflows and contribute to technically demanding schemes across public sector and leisure environments.

The role also includes attending client and consultant meetings, supporting project strategy and mentoring junior architects and technologists. Role & Responsibilities Lead technical design and project delivery across multiple RIBA stages and coordinated work streams

Manage complex sport and leisure projects through technical development and construction delivery stages

Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and contractor teams to support accurate project information

Produce and review coordinated technical drawing packages in line with project requirements

Maintain design intent throughout technical development, construction coordination and site delivery

Support BIM workflows and project delivery using Revit across technical design stages

Attend client and consultant meetings while contributing to project strategy and decision making

Mentor junior architects and technologists within the team to support technical development

Skills & Experience Required Qualified Architect with strong technical delivery experience across design and construction stages

Experience delivering large-scale public sector or leisure projects would be preferred

Strong technical understanding of construction detailing, building regulations and coordinated project delivery

Ability to produce coordinated technical information and resolve complex design challenges effectively

Working knowledge of Revit, BIM processes and NBS specification systems is required

Understanding of planning, statutory approvals and building safety requirements across project stages

Strong communication skills for consultant, contractor and client coordination throughout project delivery

Experience supporting or leading project teams within a collaborative architectural practice environment

Salary & Benefits Salary 45,000 – 55,000 depending on experience

Flexible start and finish times within core working hours

Hybrid working with up to two days remote working per week following probation
