Senior Architect

Role Description  The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of architectural projects, from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Vadodara, with flexibility for some work from home while maintaining an on-site presence for project coordination, client meetings, and site visits. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with structural and MEP engineers, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.

The Senior Architect will oversee project timelines, support junior team members, participate in design reviews, and collaborate closely with clients and external stakeholders to align solutions with functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements. The role also involves reviewing technical integrations, supporting quality assurance processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of design and documentation practices.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion.
Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit/BIM tools, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite or similar).
Demonstrated experience in mass housing, institutional, public, infrastructure, or heritage projects is highly beneficial.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and design quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and mentor junior architects and designers.
