Sharpe Your New Role As a Mid‑Weight Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the technical delivery of projects, working closely with senior colleagues and multi‑disciplinary teams. You’ll contribute to detailed design, technical documentation, and project coordination, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of projects valued between 300k–10m across diverse sectors.

Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BIM documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.Assist with site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning applications.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Attend site visits, design team meetings, and client presentations.

Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and sector‑specific standards.

Contribute to collaborative working across disciplines and internal knowledge sharing.

Provide support to senior technologists and architects while developing your own technical expertise.

What You’ll Need to Succeed Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
2–5 years’ experience in a UK architectural practice.

Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; BIM experience desirable.

Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and specification writing.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

CIAT membership (or working towards) desirable.

Ability to work within QA standards and contribute to sustainability objectives.
