Seeking a motivated individual to take on project management responsibilities within a respected firm. In this role, you'll oversee project delivery, ensuring quality control, scheduling, and budget management while collaborating with clients and stakeholders. Strong project experience, especially with public-sector projects, is strongly preferred for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams and manage schedules and budgets

• Oversee project delivery from design to construction

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients

• Resolve technical and project-related issues

• Liaise with municipal authorities for code compliance

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of architectural experience

• 3–4 years in Project Management within architecture

• Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes

• Experience with public-sector projects preferred

• PMP designation or similar registration is an asset
