BIM and Design Lead

Position: BIM and Design Lead - Hybrid Role
Join Paradigm as the Design & BIM Manager, guiding the design team in a hybrid capacity. This pivotal role focuses on managing the design lifecycle and implementing process improvements for prefabricated construction.

As the Design & BIM Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Revit and prefabricated systems to shape factory outcomes and elevate design standards. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent quality, mentoring team members, and systemizing designs into scalable workflows. Your impact will be evident across every project, from conceptual designs to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define team roles and manage designer tasks

• Review work quality and mentor design skills

• Oversee production of architectural and shop drawing packages

• Serve as a liaison between design and production teams

• Implement new tools and enhance design processes

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field or industry experience

• Minimum 5 years in BIM management or prefabrication

• Proficient in Revit and panelized construction

• Solid understanding of fabrication and constructability

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
